Growing up was hard, brothers down on boulevard,
Selling drugs, big thugs, society tries to disregard.
The people that have come up here, some living in fear, year after year...look around check the poverty, some play the lottery, others try astrology, messed up psychology...
But let me give you a piece of advice,
You're going nowhere fast without Christ in your life.
Although others just don't care, please let me share what my Lord and Savior has already done for me...
Woke me up this morning in my right mind,
Gave me peace and strength and in Him you will truly find...
He is the Creator and He is the Savior, the true flavor, change any behavior...
